FlameOut has +30 years experience in the installation and supervision of the erection of elevated Guyed Riser and Guyed Derrick type Flare Stacks and is Approved/the Preferred installation partner of John Zink Hamworthy Combustion.

FlameOut can provide a complete installation service that includes the erection of the riser (and derrick as required), service line pipework, platforms/ladders, guy wire system, thermocouple cabling, AWLs, ignition panel, flare tip, and commissioning services as required.

Our specialist equipment is calibrated in a UK Test House utilizing suitable rope samples to match the correct guy wire construction, diameter, and tension range.

On completion Condition, and Final Tension & Verticality Report are issued for each Flare Stack / Guy Wire System.

FlameOut can provide a part or complete installation service that includes the steel superstructure, wind shielding, refractory lining, and commissioning of each ground flare.

Findings are categorized, assessed, and prioritized recommendations made referenced back to the Manufacturer/s’ Recommendations and/or the relevant Industry Standard/s.

Often a simple visual inspection is recommended to avoid potentially unnecessarily wasting money on NDT type inspections.
